A Little About Me

Hi, my name is Kim and I am still quite new to blogging, although I did try my hand at a cooking type of blog. I decided that I wanted to expand my blog, so that I could include different aspects to it, as well. I want to be able to share my thoughts, opinions, ideas, projects, recipes, and photographs. As you may have read in my introduction, I am 46 years old, but I don't feel like I should be that age already. Most people who are my age, probably feel this same way. Time just seems to fly by way too quickly.

I also love to listen to good music and watch good movies. Some of my favorite tv shows at the moment include "Walking Dead," "Sons of Anarchy," "The Big Bang Theory," "Rules of Engagement," "Hell's Kitchen," and "Master Chef," to name a few. I also enjoy playing video games. Yes, you read that right..I am a gamer, regardless of how old I am. Some of my favorite games are the Assassin's Creed series, Resident Evil series, Left 4 Dead series, Bioshock series, Guitar Hero and Rock Band games and so on and so forth. :) 

I went to college, online for 3 or 4 years and graduated, summa cum laude with a B.A. degree in Psychology. See, I was hoping to use this degree to find a job helping victims of domestic violence (which I feel is way too prevalent in today's society), maybe even someday run a safe house for these victims. This has not come to pass, as of yet, but who knows what the future holds in store.
